About the Founder
Founder, Dr. Robert Kirton has more than 3 decades of dedicated community, military and public education service. He served as a Distinguish Professor of Educational Leadership, Area Superintendent, Principal, Coach and Teacher.
His achievements include securing and implementing grants and resources exceeding $100 Million for school climate initiatives. His notable contributions extend to the establishment and facilitation of a public charter school that achieved national recognition and a 100% male graduation rate.
Also, he led a National Tech Prep Demonstration Project and received prestigious awards like the National FBI Community Leadership Award and the Southern Governors “Innovator of the Year Award” for his outstanding work in youth and community development.
